Shipping Method
We currently offer standard shipping only through USPS.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as pre-order are not in stock and will ship once they arrive.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available.

To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer or shipping delays.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Idol Haus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Local Pickup (usually ready in 2 hours)
Local pickup may be available at our store location. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Idol Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
For issues with delivery, customers must contact the shipping carrier (USPS) directly.
We do not guarantee delivery dates or transit times.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal:
