Can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are final once placed. We are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications after checkout. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Pre-orders and all Blind Boxes are final sale. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once opened.

Pre Orders product details (release dates, versions, content) are subject to change by the manufacturer.





Returns & Exchanges

📦 Packaging Policy:
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging. Returns labels will be paid at customer's expense.

What items are non-refundable?
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Blind boxes
  • Opened items
  • Pre-order items
  • Items marked as final sale

What if my item is damaged or missing?

We are not responsible for damages during transitPrecautions like bubble wrapping, sturdy boxes, and firm taping are taken to prevent damage, but unforeseen incidents may occur.

Should there be visible damage, defects, or incorrectness on the product's exterior, refrain from unwrapping the products.

For transit damage, an unboxing video is required to show the issue as received. All items must stay unopened and sealed to file a claim. If opened, we can't proceed.

Outer boxes are solely for shipping protection. No exchanges or refunds for outer packaging damage.
Minor blemishes, like spots, scratches, flaws, or texture conditions that are not discernible from a 30 cm distance, do not qualify for exchanges or returns


To report a damaged or missing item, you must provide a full unboxing video that:

  • Starts with the sealed package and visible shipping label
  • Clearly shows the issue

Without video proof, we may not be able to process replacements.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please allow 5-10 business day for the whole process.

Items may take 5-7 business days to arrive at our facility post-release. Upon receiving the shipment, pre-order processing usually takes 24-42 hours.

After your order is processed for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check both your regular inbox and spam folder, as our automated emails may occasionally be filtered into spam.



What if my order includes pre-order and in-stock items?

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. 
Pre-order items will ship once they are received from our suppliers. Release dates may change due to manufacturer or shipping delays.

*If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, you must place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items. Orders cannot be split after they are placed.



Are pre-order benefits (POBs) guaranteed?

Each pre-order includes official merchandise ranging from postcards, Photocards, stickers, a calendar, and a poster, specific to the item. You can find the details on the POB in the product description box.

Pre-order benefits are not guaranteed. If available, they are distributed on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.

Why did I receive a random version of an album?

Some K-pop albums have various versions, one will be selected randomly. Comment your preference at checkout, we'll do our best to accommodate but it's not guaranteed.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our albums and official merch are from trusted suppliers to ensure all products are 100% authentic.
